Summary

The contract covers external quality-control and testing services for the rehabilitation of the pavement on road CUV-3232 between Villalgordo del Marquesado and road CM-3118 in Cuenca province. The provider will assist the works director by planning and updating the quality-control plan, sampling construction materials, carrying out the required standard tests, and issuing progress, monthly and final reports on the results. The works are planned to last six months; the service will continue until the actual works deadline and may be extended alongside the works. The estimated service contract value is €16,145.40 excluding VAT and €19,535.93 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted electronically and include the laboratory’s responsible declaration and evidence of its required registration. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award amount excluding VAT.
