Sale of Scots pine timber harvesting rights, Lot 12/2026
Summary
The tender is an auction for the right to harvest Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber in public forest no. 46, “El Pinar”, in Villar del Cobo. Bidders must submit the required documents proving identity, legal status and authority to represent them, a responsible declaration and a separate price offer. Each bidder may submit only one bid. Bids must be submitted on paper within 15 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice; on the final day, bids are accepted only until 12:00. The successful bidder must provide evidence of compliance with tax and Social Security obligations within 10 working days of a request.
