Organisation of the 2027 CVSkills and GBSkills vocational education competitions

Summary

The tender covers services needed to organise the 2027 regional vocational education competitions CVSkills and GBSkills. The competitions will take place from 15 to 19 February 2027 and include opening and closing ceremonies and delivery of the competitions. Participants selected through CVSkills will represent the Valencian Community at the SpainSkills competition in Madrid in 2028. The events are to use one competition and exhibition venue. The contract is divided into two lots: (1) a comprehensive service for organising the competitions, budgeted at EUR 827,892.70 including VAT; and (2) accommodation and transport for the delegation, budgeted at EUR 246,617.36 including VAT. The estimated contract value is EUR 888,024.84 excluding VAT, or EUR 1,074,510.06 including VAT. The contract period is three months.
