Summary

Renfe Ingeniería y Mantenimiento is procuring spare parts identified by up to 45 item references for standardised fasteners and pneumatic components for project S103. This is a 24-month unit-price supply contract with an estimated value and budget of €38,343.90. Quantities are estimates, and Renfe is not committed to purchasing the full estimated amount. Bidders may offer one, several or all item references, but must offer the full estimated quantity for each reference. Deliveries will be ordered as needed to Renfe maintenance bases under DDP terms; the offered delivery time applies to the first and subsequent deliveries. Prices remain fixed throughout the contract. The successful bidder must generally provide a final guarantee of 5% of the awarded amount; no guarantee is required for contracts awarded below €30,000.
