Independent verification of Enresa’s non-financial information statement

Summary

The tender concerns the independent verification of Enresa’s non-financial information statement (EINF) for financial year 2026. The work includes analysing the approximately 100-page draft, interviewing staff involved in reporting, checking supporting evidence, conducting sample-based tests, recommending corrective actions and reviewing them, and preparing a final verification report signed by a partner of the contractor. The contractor must also provide a recommendations report to help improve the preparation and management of future statements. The work must comply with applicable legislation and GRI standards. The draft verification report is due between 5 and 10 March 2027, the final report by 31 March 2027, and the recommendations report by 13 April 2027. The final verification report must be delivered digitally and as a paper copy bearing an original signature to Enresa’s Madrid office. The contract runs for 12 months from 1 December 2026, or from the day after signature if later. It may be extended for up to 24 months to cover verification work for 2027 and 2028. The bid price must not exceed €18,392.42 excluding VAT (€22,254.83 including VAT). Price carries up to 70 points and technical award criteria up to 30 points. The technical criteria score experience above the minimum requirements for the team coordinator and technical staff, and a team member’s experience verifying sustainability reports under EU Directive 2022/2464. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract award price excluding VAT. The contractor must protect the personal, payroll and contract data provided for verification and generally transmit contract-related documents digitally.
