Early-morning childcare service for the Municipality of Medio Cudeyo

The Municipality of Medio Cudeyo is procuring early-morning care and supervision for preschool and primary-school children to help families reconcile work and family life. The service is for children aged 2–12 and will operate for ten months per school year, from September to June. The main location is Marqués de Valdecilla School; subject to demand, the service may also be extended to the San Salvador site of Peña Cabarga School. Children will be placed in groups of no more than 15. Activities include welcoming and accompanying children, games and group activities. The estimated price for two years is €37,834.94 excluding VAT (€41,618.43 including 10% VAT); the estimated total contract value is €75,669.88. Price carries up to 75 points and project quality up to 25 points. The tender documents conflict on duration: the administrative conditions state 24 months with a possible further 24-month extension, while the technical specification states 12 months with a possible further 12-month extension.
