Villaverde Carnival

Summary

The tender concerns the organization, production, coordination and delivery of the Villaverde District Carnival program, including the main parade, entertainment, costume contests, children's workshops, activities in municipal centers, neighborhood parades and the Sardine Burial, and the provision of all necessary resources (staff, artists, technical, materials, logistics and documentation) for proper execution. It includes planning, pre-coordination, setup, execution, on-site support, dismantling, cleanup and final reporting.
