Summary

The tender covers the provision of a home telecare service for older people and people with disabilities in Las Torres de Cotillas. The provider must operate a 24/7 call centre, respond promptly to emergencies, monitor users’ situations, prepare individual care programmes, and install, maintain and replace equipment. The service also includes regular calls, reminders and, when needed, mobilisation of other support services. Approximately 145 people currently receive the service. The contract runs for one year from 1 December 2026, or from the day after contract signature if signature is later; it may be extended three times for 12 months each, for a maximum total term of four years. The estimated contract value is EUR 91,732.76 excluding VAT, and the estimated first-year value is EUR 22,933.19 excluding VAT (EUR 23,850.52 including VAT). The tender uses a simplified open procedure. The bidder must provide a suitably qualified and experienced team, adequate technical resources and compliance with personal-data protection requirements; a definitive performance guarantee is also required.
