Audit of the association’s annual accounts for 2026–2028, with an option for 2029

Summary

The contract is for auditing the 2026, 2027 and 2028 annual accounts of the rural development association for the Jerez countryside and the north-west coast of Cadiz, with an option to extend for one year to audit the 2029 accounts. The auditor will examine the accounting records, annual accounts, financial position and results, as well as internal controls, identify weaknesses and make recommendations. Deliverables include a provisional and a final audit report and an internal-control report. The work should, where possible, be carried out during the first four months of each year. The initial contract term is three years, with a possible one-year extension. The maximum budget for each audited year is €5,730.16 excluding VAT, or €6,933.49 including VAT; the budget for the initial three-year period is €20,800.49 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. Bids are assessed on price, worth up to 60 points, and team experience, worth up to 40 points. Participation requires official auditor registration, insurance and a team meeting the stated experience requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically.
