The contract covers outpatient medical care, physiotherapy, specialist consultations and diagnostic tests for workers protected by umivale Activa and, where applicable, workers covered by agreements with other mutual insurers, at an outpatient centre in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife. Services must be provided at a single centre holding all required healthcare authorisations. Annual estimates are 215 outpatient-care services, 1,343 physiotherapy services, 45 specialist services and 40 diagnostic tests, for a total of 1,643 services. The initial term is 36 months, with one possible 24-month extension. The budget for the initial three years is €114,826.20 and the estimated total value including the extension is €214,342.24; VAT is exempt.
