Supply of changing-room lockers for the bulk terminal

Summary

The contract is for the supply of 256 changing-room lockers for the two changing rooms in the office building at the EBHISA bulk terminal, replacing worn-out lockers. The supply comprises 48 units of three lockers, 53 units of two lockers and 6 individual lockers. Each locker must have a welded metal body made from 0.8 mm cold-rolled steel sheet with an epoxy-paint finish and a dark-blue 12/13 mm phenolic door, plus a top shelf and clothes rail. Three-locker units must measure 1,800–1,950 mm high, 1,200 mm wide and 500 mm deep; two-locker units must measure 1,800–1,950 × 800 × 500 mm; and individual lockers 1,800–1,950 × 400 × 500 mm. Other dimensions are not accepted. The locks on two- and three-locker units must allow the user’s key to open all doors in the assigned unit, and the lockers must have numbered labels. The supplier must package and transport the lockers to the EBHISA warehouse; EBHI will provide the equipment needed for unloading. Delivery is due within 9 weeks of contract signature, and the lockers must have a warranty of at least 24 months from acceptance. The estimated value and budget ceiling excluding VAT are €55,385.80; the budget including 21% VAT is €67,016.82. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points: the lowest-priced offer receives the maximum, and other offers are scored using P = 100 × lowest price / price being assessed. Offers must be submitted electronically as a single file within 10 calendar days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Tenderers must be registered in the required register or meet the stated exception for a registration application in progress; no separate economic, financial or technical capacity evidence is required. No tender or performance guarantee is required. During contract performance, the supplier must comply with occupational health and safety requirements and use reusable or recyclable packaging.
