Authorisation to use Cazorla Municipal Auditorium during Christmas 2026–2027

Summary

The tender grants the right to use the municipal auditorium in Cazorla’s Santo Cristo Park to organise events and operate the auditorium bar from 21 December 2026 to 6 January 2027. The holder of the use authorisation proposes the events. The minimum fee is €4,000, and bidders may offer a higher amount. Offers are evaluated on the fee (up to 80 points; one point for each €50 increase) and on free additional events offered on dates other than 24 and 31 December (up to 20 points). Bidders must submit an electronic offer containing a responsible declaration, financial offer, management and additional-events plan, proof of the €120 provisional guarantee, and a declaration accepting the auditorium’s self-protection plan and the municipal emergency plan. The successful bidder must, among other things, pay the offered fee, provide evidence of tax and Social Security compliance, and put in place definitive and supplementary guarantees, each amounting to 5% of the awarded fee. The holder is responsible for event permits, insurance, security services, staff, the bar and its equipment, cleaning, and maintaining the premises. Before events, the bidder must submit the safety plans and declarations signed by a competent technician. Any layout differing from the plans or any unplanned installations require an installation project and evidence of safety and structural stability, prepared at the bidder’s expense. At least four heaters or equivalent climate-control units with a capacity of at least 29,000 kcal/h and at least four portable toilets are required. The documents specify conflicting submission periods: the tender conditions state 8 calendar days, while a later decision states 15 calendar days from publication of the contract notice.
