The contract excludes new topographic surveys, geotechnical investigations and environmental sampling or analysis. The work must be completed within 16 weeks of the formal start; draft reports are due within the first 12 weeks. Price accounts for 59% of the award score and technical methodology and work organisation for 41%. The estimated contract value is €29,363.25 excluding VAT and €35,529.53 including VAT. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements, hold valuation-company approval from the Bank of Spain, and provide a suitable valuation, mining and environmental team.
