Royal letter-carrier and storytelling services in the Casco Antiguo district

Summary

The contract is for organising Christmas-themed performances by royal letter carriers or storytellers at five schools and three markets in the Casco Antiguo district of Seville. Over two months, and no later than 30 December 2026, the contractor must deliver 8 activities in total: 5 at schools and 3 at markets. Each performance must include at least two appropriately costumed performers, last at least 1 hour and 30 minutes, and be aimed at children aged 3–12. The contractor must provide the decorations and props, including at least a Christmas throne and a letter box, transport, setup and dismantling, and small gifts or sweets for the children. The tender budget is €2,500 excluding VAT (€525 VAT; €3,025 in total). Offers are evaluated on price (up to 49 points), adding 30 minutes to each performance (25 points), and training courses completed by the staff delivering the service (up to 26 points). The successful bidder must comply throughout the contract with the sectoral collective agreement identified in its offer and provide evidence of civil liability insurance with at least €150,000 cover before signing the contract. Offers must be submitted electronically in a single file within 10 business days of publication of the contract notice.
