Annual accounts audit service for Servicios Auxiliares Avilés

Summary

The tender is for independent audits of the annual accounts of Servicios Auxiliares Avilés S.L. for three consecutive financial years. The work covers checking the balance sheet, profit and loss account, statement of changes in equity, cash flow statement and notes; assessing internal controls; and preparing audit reports and recommendations. A preliminary report and a final audit opinion are required for each year. The preliminary opinion must be delivered before 25 March, and the work must be completed within 30 calendar days after the annual accounts are prepared and no later than 30 April. Evaluation is based on price (up to 40 points), the auditors’ public-sector audit experience (up to 35 points) and the work plan (up to 25 points). The successful bidder must provide a 5% final performance guarantee and comply with, among other things, data-protection, tax and environmental requirements during the contract.
