Summary

The contract covers periodic updates to municipal archives in the province of Valladolid, involving 3,095 boxes of documents, or approximately 385 linear metres. The work concerns archives scheduled for annual, biennial, three-yearly and five-yearly updates, and documents created before 1 January 2025. The contractor must collect the documents from the municipalities, clean and identify them, organise and describe them digitally, then return and install them in their local archives. The required archival standards and classification system must be followed. The contractor is responsible for damage to documents, including damage during transport. The contract runs for 10 months from 3 November 2026, with work planned mainly between November 2026 and August 2027. The maximum budget is EUR 69,013.30 including VAT, with a maximum unit amount of EUR 22.29 per box. The procurement is a single lot and price is the sole award criterion; alternative bids are not allowed. Bidders must commit to providing the required staff and equipment, and the successful bidder must provide evidence of at least EUR 100,000 in liability insurance.
