Catering services at the Hípica–General Bañuls site

Summary

The tender covers the operation of catering services at the Hípica–General Bañuls site of the CDSCM Melilla centre: the La Raqueta, General Bañuls and El Trébol restaurants, together with bars, cafés and terraces. The work includes purchasing food and cleaning supplies, preparing and serving menus, cleaning premises and tableware, handling waste, maintaining equipment, and installing, stocking and maintaining vending machines. The contractor must serve centre users and persons authorised to enter, follow the seasonal opening hours, comply with the price ceilings and meet food-safety and allergen-information requirements. Menus must be varied, with suitable alternatives for people with common food intolerances. At least ten special events listed in the tender documents must be organised. The contract term is 24 months, with a possible further 24-month extension; the service is provided at no cost to the administration, and its estimated total value is EUR 497,583.03. The bid must include a completed and digitally signed unit-price schedule in both PDF and Excel formats, and prices must not exceed the ceilings specified in the tender documents.
