Summary
The tender covers recurring supplies of 35% hydrogen peroxide for drinking-water treatment. Over a three-year period, the chemical is to be delivered to water treatment plants as bulk tanker loads or in 1,000-litre containers. The estimated quantities are 81 tonnes by tanker and 27 tonnes in containers. Actual quantities and delivery locations may change, and the purchaser does not guarantee a minimum total order. The minimum quantity for an individual tanker delivery is 8 tonnes, and the supplier must respond to changed requirements within 48 hours. The estimated contract value is EUR 127,440 excluding VAT (the budget including VAT is EUR 154,202.40). Bids are ranked by lowest price. Bidders must demonstrate annual turnover of at least EUR 42,480 in the best of the five most recent available financial years and comparable supply experience of at least 36 tonnes in the best year during the last five years. They must also be able to deliver the quantities in the evaluation scenario, including 36 tonnes per year, and must either be the manufacturer or have a supply agreement with the manufacturer. The bid must include the required manufacturer and technology declarations, an accredited laboratory analysis, a REACH safety data sheet and, if available, product-use instructions. The product must meet the technical and chemical quality requirements for drinking-water treatment. Bids must be submitted electronically in Spanish; variants are not permitted.
