Laboratory gases

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of technical and special gases to LAVES laboratories in Oldenburg, Braunschweig, Hanover, Lüneburg, Stade, Cuxhaven and Celle. The planned framework agreement runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with deliveries made under individual orders; actual quantities may increase or decrease compared with the forecasts. The bidder must submit an electronic tender in German by 5 October 2026 at 08:00, using the contracting authority’s forms and returning the signed and company-stamped technical specification. Required capabilities include experience in comparable gas supplies, the ability to supply at least 10 customers with a comparable range and volume of gases, and the ability to deliver stock-held gases to every location within 24 hours in emergencies. Gas mixtures must be delivered within 4–6 weeks and other gases within 4 days. Gas prices account for 80% of the evaluation and delivery costs for 20%.
