Catering for Gáldar's Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Occupational Centre

Summary

The contract covers catering for users of Gáldar's psychosocial rehabilitation and occupational centre. The provider must prepare lunches, transport them to the centre and deliver them there. The estimated maximum volume is 21 meals per day on 249 days per year; payment is based on meals actually prepared and delivered. Meals must be healthy, balanced and adapted to users' nutritional needs, comprising a first course, main course, dessert, bread and water, with special diets provided when needed, including for allergies and intolerances. Menus must be planned in advance and submitted to the centre for approval at least one week ahead; the same menu or recipe may not be repeated within a two-week period. Deliveries are due on weekdays between 13:30 and 14:45, generally hot and in suitable insulated containers. The provider must comply with food-safety rules, hold a valid food-business registration and sanitary authorization, and operate a self-monitoring system. The initial contract term is one year, with an option to extend for one further year. The maximum budget for the initial year is €36,603.49 including 7% IGIC. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids exceeding the budget ceiling will be rejected. Bidders must submit the required declarations and price offer and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity.
