On-demand supply of 2027 diaries

Summary

The Guadalajara Provincial Council seeks an estimated 750 personalised diaries for 2027 on demand: 700 week-view diaries and 50 day-view diaries. They must be approximately 17.5 × 24.5 cm or larger, with padded, rounded, perimeter-stitched covers made of high-quality imitation leather and wire-o binding. At least ten colour ranges must be available. The cover must be embossed with the institution’s coat of arms and name and the year 2027. Each diary must include a full-colour corporate-design opening page, 15–20 double-sided pages on glossy 170 gsm paper containing provincial information supplied by the Council, and at least 15 pages for notes and telephone listings. The initial quantity must be delivered to the Council’s premises in Guadalajara before 20 November 2026. If additional diaries are ordered, the contracting authority will set the delivery period, which must be at least 10 calendar days and must end no later than 31 December 2026. The contract runs until 31 December 2026 and may be extended for two further years; the diaries for the extensions would be for 2028 and 2029 respectively. Bids must be submitted within 10 working days and include a signed responsible declaration, a price offer, the required product samples and a colour-catalogue sample. The unit price excluding VAT must not exceed €14.90 per week-view diary or €19.90 per day-view diary; the total bid must not exceed €13,824.25 including VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Tenderers must meet the registration, turnover and technical-capacity requirements and confirm that no exclusion grounds apply. During performance, waste must be sorted for separate collection and packaging removed for proper disposal.
