Training services for forklift and overhead crane operation

Summary

The tender covers in-person training for participants in FUCOMI’s AVANTE XXI programme on the safe operation of forklifts and overhead cranes, including delivery of the training service. The 20-hour course comprises 12 hours on forklifts and 8 hours on overhead cranes. The forklift component covers electric pallet trucks, electric stackers and counterbalanced front forklifts. The course may be delivered up to six times during the contract period; each group must have 8–15 participants, with no more than 90 participants in total. The service is to be delivered between 28 October 2026 and 31 July 2027, at training premises in Siero, Langreo or Mieres. The bidder must be registered in Spain’s official bidders’ register and provide the required certifications, suitably qualified trainers, appropriate premises, equipment and teaching materials, as well as sufficient civil liability insurance. The bid must be submitted electronically with the required responsible declaration and price form. Only the price per participant is evaluated. The estimated contract value is EUR 15,000, with VAT exempt. The tender documents give conflicting per-participant price ceilings of EUR 166.66 and EUR 260 in different sections, so the applicable limit should be checked in the tender documents.
