Children's Flamenco Workshop Services

Summary

The contract covers the design and delivery of flamenco workshops and activities for children aged 6–16 in Algeciras. The programme includes flamenco guitar, cajón and percussion, singing, dance, interpretation and rhythm. Activities will take place at the Paco de Lucía Interpretation Centre between 1 October and 15 December 2026: 11 Saturday sessions, each from 10:00 to 13:00, for a total of 33 teaching hours. The tenderer must provide a teaching plan explaining how the three-hour sessions will be organised, either as rotating activities or as simultaneous sessions for different age groups. The contractor must provide instructors for the disciplines, loan guitars and cajóns suitable for children and young people, consumable teaching materials and a portable audio player; the required minimum quantity of instruments is not specified. Before the service starts, every staff member assigned to work with children must provide a negative certificate from the Central Register of Sex Offenders. If a Saturday falls on an official public holiday or a school long weekend, the session may be moved to the preceding Friday afternoon; the contractor must request the change at least 7 working days in advance and the municipality must confirm that the venue is available. Waste generated by setting up and dismantling activities must be removed and placed in the designated recycling containers. The estimated contract value is EUR 9,090.91 excluding VAT and EUR 11,000 including 21% VAT. Price is the sole award criterion, worth up to 100 points. Bids must be submitted electronically. Registration in ROLECE or the relevant regional register is required, but separate evidence of financial or technical capacity is not required.
