Production and distribution of corporate charitable gift packages

Summary

The contract covers the production, preparation, storage and distribution of 7,000 corporate charitable gift packages. Each package contains nine items: 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil with an Andalusian designation of origin; a 400 g jar of northern albacore tuna in olive oil; a 120 g jar of piquillo pepper jam; a set of three varieties of Canary Islands mojo sauce; three 150 g handmade almond chocolate bars; 250 g of natural 100% Arabica ground coffee; a personalised 40-card Spanish deck; personalised socks containing at least 80% cotton; and a personalised A4 card. The items must be packed in a recycled-cardboard box with printed custom artwork and secured to protect them during transport. The work includes storage, preparation, labelling and shipment throughout Spain, including the Canary Islands. The supplier must track consignments, report daily to INECO and bear shipping and incident-resolution costs. Shipments must be insured against breakage, loss or misplacement. Damaged packages must be replaced within 24 hours of notification. The 70–80% of packages for the Madrid region must be delivered to four locations by 14 December 2026, between 09:00 and 15:00. The remaining 20–30% must be delivered to mainland Spain and the Canary Islands between 14 and 18 December 2026. The contract lasts four months and has no extension option. The maximum budget is EUR 392,500 excluding VAT, or EUR 439,925 including VAT. The maximum price for each product, packaging and distribution must be observed. Price is worth 50 points. Anonymous sample quality is worth up to 10 points; authorised special employment centre status is worth up to 30 points; and offering at least two organically produced products is worth 10 points. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover or provide a financial institution’s assessment, hold liability insurance with cover of at least EUR 412,125, and provide at least three satisfactory-performance references for similar work with a combined value of at least EUR 392,500. The team must include a coordinator with at least five years of relevant experience. Bids must be submitted electronically; anonymous samples and a technical description are required for assessment.
