The procurement covers referee and table-official services for basketball competitions and events organised by the Municipal Sports Institute of Alcázar de San Juan, across all formats and men’s and women’s categories. It may also cover additional competitions and events organised during the contract. Bidders must submit one price for the entire service because the contract is not divided into lots. The work includes appointing officials and officiating games, ensuring compliance with the rules and competition requirements, coordinating the service, and arranging postponed weather-affected matches again at no additional cost. The planned term is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027, or from contract signature if later, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated value is €10,460 excluding VAT (€12,656.60 including VAT); the estimated total value including extensions and possible modifications is €33,472. The tender budget is the maximum permitted price, and the bid must also state prices per match. Offers are assessed on price and added-value commitments: 50 points for price and up to 50 points for enhancements, including free supply of basketballs, a free competition committee, digital match records for senior games, an operational website and at least two hours of free annual training for coaches. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and provide referees and table officials qualified by the relevant federation. Bids must be submitted electronically.
