Refurbishment of CEPLAM changing rooms, armoury and staff area

Summary

The tender concerns phase-one refurbishment works at the headquarters of the Directorate General for Security, CEPLAM, in San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Tenerife. The works will create and adapt changing rooms, an armoury and a staff break and kitchen area, together with the architectural and building-services work specified in the design, including drainage, plumbing, electrical, climate-control, ventilation and fire-protection installations. Phase 2 is outside this procurement. The works are to be completed within a maximum of two months, and the contract is not divided into lots. The estimated contract value is EUR 79,998.86 excluding IGIC; the budget ceiling including 7% IGIC is EUR 85,598.78. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single file with the signed bid and responsible declaration; the submission period is 10 working days from the day after publication of the contract notice. Variants are not permitted. Bidders must meet the eligibility and registration conditions, but do not have to provide separate evidence of economic or technical capacity. The contractor must, among other duties, sort construction waste and appoint a works representative with experience in similar works before work begins.
