Production and installation of the travelling exhibition “Transformed Landscapes, Emerging Heritage”

Summary

The contract covers the production, supply, transport and initial installation of the exhibition design and display equipment for the travelling exhibition “Transformed Landscapes, Emerging Heritage” at the Museu del Ter in Manlleu. It also includes maintenance and repair of defects while the exhibition is at that museum, as well as technical advice during dismantling. Dismantling the exhibition and installing it at other museums later are outside the scope of this contract. Production and supply account for 80% of the contract, and services account for 20%. The bid price must not exceed EUR 59,870 excluding VAT (EUR 72,442.70 including VAT). The contract runs until dismantling is complete, planned for 30 June 2027, and cannot be extended. Bidders must submit a digitally signed responsible declaration and an offer for the automatically evaluated criteria together in one electronic envelope. The award criteria are price (up to 40 points), responding to maintenance and repair requests within 24 hours (25 points), the project manager’s additional exhibition-production experience (up to 20 points), and shortening the maximum four-month delivery period by one or two weeks (up to 15 points). Bidders must meet the minimum turnover and previous-supply requirements and hold civil liability insurance of at least EUR 300,000.
