Bar concession for the 2026 Christmas and New Year celebrations and youth presentation party

Summary

The tender grants the right to operate a bar at the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar's 2026 Christmas and New Year celebrations, in the marquee at Bon Repòs Park, and at the presentation party held at the municipal sports pavilion on 14 November 2026. Bar service is required on the evenings of 12, 19, 24 and 31 December and on the afternoon and evening of 25 December. The operator must also provide music services at all of these events. The operator must supply the equipment and materials needed for the bar service, arrange private security for the event dates, and provide admission invitations for the 2007 youth representatives attending the 14 November party. The municipality will install the bar counter. The bidder must offer a fee of at least €500, with 21% VAT shown separately. Offers are scored on up to 90 points for the fee and 10 points for holding a current local licence for restaurant and bar services. Participation requires electronically submitting the application, responsible declaration and financial offer; the top-ranked bidder must provide a €300 final guarantee.
