The procurement covers the supply, fitting and balancing of tyres for heavy vehicles included in the scope at Vitoria Airport, together with related maintenance: puncture repairs, supply and installation of tyre-pressure sensors, and wheel rotation. Quantities are estimates, and orders will depend on the airport’s actual needs; the contracting authority may change the quantities. Tyres are generally to be supplied within 15 working days and work carried out within 2 working days. Punctures on firefighting vehicles must be repaired within 12 hours of notification, with mobile assistance available around the clock for puncture repairs. The tender must state a percentage discount on the listed unit prices; the daily RCA insurance charge is not subject to the discount, and the offer with the highest discount is considered most economically advantageous. The maximum net contract value is EUR 49,186.45. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two one-year extensions.
