Review and update of Enisa’s risk policies and procedures

Summary

Enisa is procuring a four-month technical assistance service to review and update its policies and procedures for assessing, managing and controlling credit risk across the life cycle of its participatory loans. The work covers a diagnosis of current admission, rating, monitoring and recovery practices; a new company and loan rating model; and recommendations and reports on loan formalisation, portfolio monitoring, alerts and recovery procedures. The service covers Enisa’s portfolio of 4,270 loans worth €458 million and the FEPYME portfolio of 456 loans worth €79.8 million. The contract is not divided into lots.
