Daytime rifle scopes for precision rifles

Summary

Spain’s Air and Space Force is seeking daytime scopes for precision rifles for its units, divided into two lots: 10 Schmidt & Bender 1–10×24 PM II X-TREME DUAL scopes or equivalents in Lot 1, and 13 Schmidt & Bender 3–20×50 PM II Ultra Short scopes or equivalents in Lot 2. Each lot also includes the mounts and accessories specified in the technical documents. Bidders may tender for one or both lots, but must offer the full quantity in each lot selected. The scopes must meet detailed optical, adjustment, military durability and reticle requirements. The offer must include a sufficiently detailed technical description and manufacturer references for the items, and must be submitted electronically using the required forms. The total contract budget is EUR 155,000 including VAT; the ceiling is EUR 72,956.96 including VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 82,043.03 including VAT for Lot 2. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026 to the CLAEX centre at Torrejón Air Base, Madrid, with all transport and delivery costs borne by the supplier. The minimum warranty is 3 years. Offers are scored on price (95 points) and any warranty extension (5 points); the offer with the highest total score wins each lot. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover, comparable supply experience and quality-management compliance.
