Summary

The procurement concerns the supply of measuring devices for Ivory Coast, divided into four lots: 1) Portable Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow & Heat Energy Meter (Liquids); 2) Professional Ultrasonic Leak Detector & Data Logger; 3) Advanced Universal Solar & Heating Controller; 4) High-Temperature Oven Profiling Data Logger Kit (6-Channel). Bids may be submitted for one or more lots. Each lot requires details such as manufacturer, model, quantity, unit price (net), total price (net), packaging and shipping costs per lot under the delivery terms (FCA Frankfurt Airport or CIF Abidjan Seaport), export documents and origin certificates if applicable, total bid price, payment terms and delivery deadlines. A PDF version of the offer must accompany the price list as part of the submission. The contract will include embargo/export-control provisions. The order will be delivered to Ivory Coast with a requested delivery date as soon as possible, but no later than one month after contract award. The supplier must comply with current GIZ general terms and conditions and provide all requested documents.
