Tender detail
Supply of IT equipment and accessories
Summary
The tender covers IT equipment and accessories for staff of the Centre de la Propietat Forestal, divided into three lots: (1) 22 laptops, laptop backpacks and USB-C in-ear headsets with microphones, with a lot budget of EUR 36,190 excluding VAT; (2) 22 24-inch monitors, EUR 3,300; and (3) 26 tablets, rugged protective cases and neoprene carrying sleeves, EUR 20,020. The total budget is EUR 59,510 excluding VAT, or EUR 72,007.10 including VAT. The technical specification states a total of 23 laptops and allocates them among profiles, while the contract value tables state 22; bidders should clarify this discrepancy in the official tender documents before preparing an offer. The bidder must supply new, professional-grade equipment meeting the technical requirements, together with all accessories needed for operation. Among other requirements, laptops must have a 16-inch screen, at least a 512 GB SSD, an integrated smart-card reader, compatibility with corporate Windows environments, and at least a three-year on-site warranty with a response time of no more than 48 working hours. Monitors must be 24 inches (23.8-inch models are accepted), Full HD, and height- and tilt-adjustable. Tablets must include 5G, at least 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, run Android, receive manufacturer software and security updates for at least five years, and be supplied with suitable protective and carrying cases. All equipment must have at least a three-year warranty, with spare parts and technical support available for at least five years. Maximum delivery periods are 10 weeks for Lot 1, 4 weeks for Lot 2 and 8 weeks for Lot 3; delivery is to one location designated by the contracting authority. Offers must be submitted electronically as one file, with a separate offer for each lot. Evaluation awards up to 60 points for price, 10 for delivery time, 15 for an extended warranty and 15 for extended spare-parts and technical support. Bidders must be registered in the RELI or ROLECE register by the offer deadline. The simplified-procedure characteristics exempt bidders from proving economic and technical capacity, but an annex to the tender documents gives conflicting turnover and experience thresholds, so bidders should verify which rules apply in the official documents. A contract performance condition requires measures to reduce gender inequality at work.
