Comprehensive consolidation, development, maintenance and support services for SAP S/4HANA applications

Summary

The tender covers comprehensive maintenance and development of the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros SAP S/4HANA ERP system: preventive, adaptive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance; new functions and projects; technical and functional support; and user assistance. The work spans, among other areas, financial and asset accounting, analytical management, treasury, investments, property, purchasing, invoice processing, ABAP development, reporting and system integrations. Delivery uses a permanent Base Team, with an Extended Team activated when required; the buyer does not guarantee minimum consumption of Extended Team hours. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four one-year extensions, for a maximum of five years. The first-year budget is €1,507,788.32 excluding VAT and €1,824,423.87 including VAT; the estimated total value, including extensions and possible modifications, is €7,840,499.26 excluding VAT. Work is generally remote through secure connections, with attendance at the CCS premises when necessary. Normal service hours are eight hours per weekday between 7:00 and 17:00; work outside that period may be required for serious incidents or planned interventions. The bidder must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity, provide a team with specified SAP profiles and hold the required software-process and information-security credentials. Offers are evaluated on price (40 points), additional SAP certifications (5 points), additional qualifying insurance-sector experience for specified roles (10 points), and service methodology and work approach (45 points).
