Concession to preserve, maintain and operate Madrid Amusement Park

Summary

The concession grants the operator use of the land and assets within Madrid Amusement Park so that it can preserve, maintain and operate the park. It runs from 28 September 2027, or the later date of formalisation, until 5 October 2035 and cannot be extended. The concessionaire must pay an annual fee comprising a fixed amount of at least €400,000 and at least 8% of annual revenue related to the park’s activities; the fixed amount increases by 2% each year. Offers are evaluated out of 100 points: the fee accounts for up to 20 points and other criteria for up to 80, including investment, electric mobility aids, free admissions and discounts for specified visitor groups. Applicants must demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity and undertake to invest at least €15 million. Employees must transfer in accordance with the law.
