Service for organizing Family Day activities

Summary

This tender concerns a service contract to organize two Family Day activities. The aim is to bring families together over two annual days with a range of fun and educational activities (board games, team games, workshops, crafts, charitable activities, performances or similar) to foster unity and a positive family environment. The contract covers organization and execution of two days of activities, including coordination, transport, setup and dismantling, and related logistics. The events are planned for two annual dates (October 2026 and April 2027) at a total estimated contract value of 29,900 euros excluding VAT (36,179 euros including VAT). The City Council will provide necessary infrastructure and coordinate with the contractor to ensure successful delivery.
