Casinos City Council – Contract for the technical assistance service to the Municipal Economic Services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of a technical assistance service to Casinos City Council’s Municipal Economic Services. The contractor will provide professional support in financial management, budgeting, procurement, and accounting, including preparing and submitting accounting and economic information to the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, the Generalitat Valenciana and the Comptroller’s Office; supporting treasury planning and funds deployment; preparing and updating budget documentation and the General Account; assisting with economic and budgetary case files and reports; debt management; and, where applicable, development and monitoring of Adjustment Plans, Economic-Financial Plans, and related tax administration tasks.
