Supply of brass fittings for pipeline works

Summary

The contract concerns the supply of brass fittings for construction works, maintenance and upkeep of EMPROACSA networks. It will be conducted via an open simplified procedure; the base budget is 148,500 EUR (VAT excluded) with an estimated contract value equal to the base. Price is the main award criterion (92 points) with two non-price criteria (4 points each) relating to technical specifications and company/product certificates. The supplier must maintain a minimum stock of 10% of estimated consumption at warehouses near EMPROACSA, conduct conformity tests, and fulfil delivery to designated EMPROACSA warehouses. Invoicing follows a defined schedule and payment terms are 30 days after conformity. The contract runs for 12 months with a possible extension of up to 9 months. Annex I provides the annual supply forecast; deliveries to warehouses across Córdoba.
