Delivery of a field container facility with equipment and a freestanding container for fire testing

Summary

The tender covers the design, manufacture and delivery of a field container facility with equipment for exercises, research and field simulations, together with a freestanding container for fire testing. The contractor must prepare and obtain approval for the design and execution documentation, construct the items, prepare the required connections, base and waste tank, deliver, unload and install the equipment at the Fire Academy site in Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, and provide theoretical and practical user training for up to five representatives on the acceptance day. The contract must be completed by 15 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 22 September 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A PLN 13,000 bid guarantee and a performance security are required.
