Technical provision and event services for the Jugarama 2026 gaming zone

Summary

The City of Ciudad Real is procuring an integrated event and visitor-service package for the Jugarama 2026 Christmas fair gaming zone, to be held in pavilion C at the IFEDI exhibition centre and aimed mainly at young people. The contractor will plan and run the zone, supply and install technical equipment and furniture, provide qualified staff, maintenance and visitor assistance, and dismantle the facilities after the event. The service includes PC and console gaming, mobile gaming, free-play and retro gaming, dance games, flight and racing simulators, and five Meta Quest 3 virtual-reality headsets offering at least three different experiences; the Quest 3 S model is not permitted. The PC area must include 15 gaming computers with at least a 12th-generation i5 processor, RTX 5060 graphics card, 16 GB dual-channel memory and a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD. The contractor must also programme video-game and e-sports activities. Bidders must hold certification from the Spanish Federation of Video Game and eSports Players and meet the stated financial and technical capacity requirements. The estimated contract value is EUR 31,600 excluding VAT, or EUR 38,236 including 21% VAT. The service period runs from 19 December 2026, or the start date following contract signature, to 5 January 2027. Price carries up to 60 points, the technical plan up to 30 points and service improvements up to 10 points.
