Administrative verifications of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 for the sixth, seventh and eighth calls of the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal (POCTEP) cooperation program

The contract covers administrative verifications under Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 for POCTEP Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal projects in the sixth, seventh and eighth calls. The procurement aims to speed up verification and cost-certification processes required for reimbursement of funds under POCTEP, due to the limited staff at the Funds Control Service. The estimated base budget is 43,240.74 EUR excluding VAT (52,321.30 EUR including VAT). The procedure will use open simplified procedures with ordinary processing. The awarding criteria consist of automatic criteria (price 60 points; personal and materials 5; warranty extension 10; improvements 15; language knowledge 10) and other judgement-based criteria.
