Family mediation services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of family mediation services within the La Encina intermunicipal community. The service is voluntary, confidential and structured to resolve family conflicts and to draft agreements that safeguard the best interests of minors. The contractor will provide individual and joint mediation sessions, either in person or online, with sessions up to 90 minutes and a workload of around 4 hours per week, totaling a minimum of 170 hours per year. Qualifications required include a degree in Law, Psychology, Social Work or Education, at least two years of demonstrable experience in the field, and at least 325 hours of mediation-specific training; prior mediation experience and evidence should be provided; ability to coordinate with the public social services network; suitable infrastructure (telephone line, online-capable IT, secure communications). The contract requires compliance with labor and social standards and regular reporting.
