Medical care and social services for residents in Osnabrück – Lots 1 and 2

Summary

The procurement covers two separate lots for residents of the Osnabrück reception centre. Lot 1 concerns medical services including a medical station, general-practitioner-level consultations and, where required, initial examinations. Lot 2 covers social services, violence-protection coordination and leisure-pedagogical activities. A tender may be submitted for one or both lots, and contracts will be awarded separately by lot. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s tendering platform by 22 September 2026 at 10:00; documents submitted by other means will lead to exclusion. Price and concept are evaluated at 60% and 40% respectively for Lot 1, and 50% and 50% for Lot 2. The services will be performed in Osnabrück. The contract is expected to start on 1 December 2026, last four years and be extendable by up to two periods of 12 months, ending no later than 30 November 2032.
