Summary
Construction works to adapt Carmel Market's administrative attic into a gastronomy classroom with a multipurpose room, including demolition of parts of the floor, construction of a kitchen, an administration office, an association room and a multipurpose space, and provision of the necessary installations (water supply, drainage, smoke extraction, ventilation) as well as audiovisual installations; renovation of finishes, furniture and kitchen equipment; accessibility improvements; and related works. The works must maintain current market services, minimize disruption to market operations, and ensure coordination with the IMMB and the market management. A provisional reception and “As Built” documentation (digital and manufacturer certificates) are required upon completion. The contract is estimated at 424,946.55 euros (excluding VAT) with a base price of 395,527.17 euros and VAT of 68,645.21 euros (21%). The duration is five months. The call is electronic and requires detailed planning and disruption-minimizing execution in close collaboration with the IMMB and the market operators.
