Installation and supply of electric chargers at Visesa parking facilities and Alokabide project

Summary

The tender concerns installation and supply of electric chargers at Visesa parking facilities and the Alokabide project. The scope includes modifying electrical panels to connect new feeders, laying new feeders, and installing 19 charging points; relocating 12 existing chargers from basement -2 to a new area and replacing 7 chargers. Location: Visesa parking at Boulevard Business Center, 19 bays on basement level -1 in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The plan also covers dismantling cabling in basement -2 and relocating chargers; work schedule should specify downtime and installation times (afternoon or weekend) to minimize disruption to offices. The chargers to be supplied are 7 Wallbox Pulsar Pro Socket (or similar), 22 kW, 3x400 VAC, 32 A, Type 2; with Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth and 4G; user identification via RFID/NFC and Wallbox App & Portal; remote/online monitoring capability via a provider web client; includes a 5 m charging cable and all necessary accessories for proper installation. The installation will be legalized with project documentation, certificates, and an OCA report and related procedures.
