Maintenance of the heating installations of the Álava Provincial Council buildings

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of heating installations and fuel/gas storage and distribution systems across the Álava Provincial Council buildings, including central and small-scale heating facilities as well as biomass and geothermal energy installations. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot I – medium-power heating installations; Lot II – small-power installations; Lot III – biomass and geothermal energy installations. The supplier must ensure ongoing maintenance, digital documentation management (digital inventory of installations), periodic inspections (IPO) and other regulatory requirements, and 24/7 emergency support.
