High-voltage electricity supply 2027-2029

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of high‑voltage electricity for five purchaser groups (TMB, MB, TUZSL, UOTM and TP) at defined consumption points for 2027‑2029. The procurement is conducted by negotiated procedure and, after award, separate contracts will be concluded with each contracting entity. The total estimated value is about €136.7 million. Bids will be evaluated based on price as the main criterion and additional criteria related to closings and other factors. Qualification requires evidence of economic and financial capacity (DEUC) and a minimum average annual turnover of €15.6 million over the last three financial years; registration in the Administrative Register of Distributors, Marketers and Qualified Consumers; acceptance of payment and invoicing terms; and mandatory declarations (Annex 6 for execution conditions and Annex 8 for data protection). Energy-origin certificates may be required, and bids must include any other required documents.
