Supply of a generator under the 2025–2026 Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme

Summary

The tender covers the purchase and delivery of one new 80 kW diesel generator and a homologated, registrable transport trailer. The generator must be suitable for continuous operation, have been manufactured no more than 12 months before delivery, and meet requirements including 100 kVA/80 kW rated power, 110 kVA/88 kW maximum power, 400/230 V and 50 Hz output, an AVR voltage regulator, a 1,500 rpm diesel engine, Stage IIIA emissions, a fuel tank of at least 200 litres, a sound-attenuated weather-resistant enclosure and IP23 protection. Delivery must be made to the Sarnaki wastewater treatment plant by 31 October 2026; the tender submission deadline is 21 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish. The bidder must provide manufacturer catalogues, technical documents or equivalent evidence confirming compliance of the generator and trailer, deliver complete technical documentation, perform the initial start-up and test, and provide basic training. Price carries 80 points and the generator warranty 20 points; the minimum warranty is 24 months. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
