Purchase of equipment and supplies for civil protection and civilian defence tasks

Summary

The tender is divided into four lots: delivery of a 40 kVA generator, a pneumatic tent, a mobile drinking-water tank of at least 5,000 litres with a transport trailer, and three energy storage systems. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. The equipment must be delivered within 40 days of contract signature and no later than 20 November 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty period is 36 months. A PLN 5,000 tender guarantee is required for Lot IV, while no guarantee is required for Lots I–III.
