The tender concerns the replacement, installation and commissioning of a climate control system for the CAÑETE Health Center building to improve energy efficiency. The current direct expansion air conditioning units use R-22 refrigerant, which is prohibited under EU regulations, and must be removed. The project includes dismantling the old equipment, supplying and installing a high-efficiency climate control system, and integrating centralized control. The contract is awarded via an open simplified procedure with two evaluation criteria: price (70 points) and a maintenance proposal (30 points). Budget: base tender 59,339.08 EUR (excl VAT) and total 71,800.29 EUR (incl VAT). The project is financed through a Primary and Community Health Care framework.
